Angliss Reserve Irrigation Renewal

LD Irrigation Services completed the renewal of the irrigation distribution network at Angliss Reserve.

The works included the installation of a new 90 mm HDPE ring main, 58 irrigation laterals and 58 independently controlled solenoid valves. The valve assemblies were installed within purpose-built bench seat enclosures, providing secure protection, improved maintenance access and a clean finish within the public open-space environment.

The project required the irrigation infrastructure to remain secure, accessible and maintainable while integrating neatly into a busy municipal sports reserve.

The large number of valve assemblies also required consistent construction, organised wiring and careful coordination across the site.

LD Irrigation Services constructed the new HDPE ring main and connected 58 independently controlled irrigation laterals.

The solenoid valves were assembled in organised manifolds within custom bench seat enclosures. This provided straightforward access for future servicing while protecting the irrigation components and reducing visible infrastructure around the reserve.

All pipework, valves and electrical connections were installed, tested and commissioned as part of the completed system.

The completed works delivered a modern and reliable irrigation distribution network with improved accessibility for future maintenance.

The integrated bench seat enclosures provided a durable and practical solution while maintaining a clean appearance within the reserve.
